Every project is defined by the offer you choose or a written quote. Anything outside that scope is a change of scope, and we quote it before we start on it.

Timelines start at kickoff, once we have your assets and an approved brief. Typical timelines are 2–3 weeks for a SaaS Launch Video, 3–4 weeks for a Brand Film and 5–6 weeks for Personalized Motion Identity Design.

If assets or feedback arrive late, the delivery date moves with them.

50% to book your slot and 50% before final files are released. Work starts once the first payment clears.

We invoice in USD, or in INR for clients in India. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where they apply. Payment details are on the invoice.

Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions (Motion Identity Design: 2 rounds per phase). A round is one consolidated set of feedback.

Script, storyboard and style frames are approved before animation begins. Changes to approved stages are new scope. Extra rounds start from $150 or ₹6,000.

You provide brand assets, product screens or footage, copy and consolidated feedback. Please send feedback within 5 business days; the timeline pauses after that.

You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, everything you send us.

If you need delivery in about half the standard time, a 30% rush fee applies, subject to our availability.

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final delivered files and may use them commercially.

Source project files are not included unless purchased as an add-on. Drafts and unused concepts stay with RD Studio.

We may show finished work in our portfolio and case studies. Tell us in writing before kickoff if you would rather we did not, and we can sign an NDA.

We keep your unreleased materials confidential.

Music, stock footage, fonts and plugins are licensed for the delivered project under their own licences. Using them elsewhere may need a separate licence. Voiceover is not included unless added.

If you cancel before kickoff, the booking payment is refunded minus payment fees. After kickoff the booking payment is non-refundable.

If you cancel mid-project, you pay for the work completed to date and receive the work delivered so far.

We take great care with every project but cannot guarantee commercial results such as sales or views. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to settle any disagreement by talking first. If that fails, it falls under the courts of India. To start a project, use the form.
